The caravan is a 2006 Bailey Pageant Bordeaux, series 5.

Ownership
The caravan is C.R.I.S registered to us from new at our home address where it can be viewed (Bridgwater in Somerset).

General Condition
We are a caravan proud couple of non smokers and have no pets. The caravan has been used exclusively by us and is in immaculate condition. We are reluctant sellers having to take a 2 year break from caravanning due to family commitments.

Warranty
It has a transferable manufacturers Bodyshell Integrity guarantee (water ingress or panel/floor delamination) until March 2012 subject to service record. It has a full valid service history. Last serviced 29th March 2010.

Motor mover and Alko ATC
It has a Truma remote controlled motor mover and a factory fitted AlKo A.T.C. trailer control system which prevents the caravan snaking.

Extras
Also included in the price is the optional chest of drawers with fold out table, uprated tyres giving a superior safety margin on the caravan weight, S.A.S.burglar alarm, AlKo sidelift jack, Bulldog wheelclamp, external t.v./satellite connection, a Dorema "Panorama" sun canopy, E.H.U. cable and steps.
